Orion additional Web console error

Hello everyone, I am experiencing an issue with our web console.

Anyone ever dealt with the following error:

 

I checked the OrionWeb.log on the server and found the following:

I read one post on the forums that describe the following solution:

The problem may be because the Information Service is installed in the wrong directory(I’m guessing the root of the drive Orion is installed on).  You may want to check here for the OrionInformationService installer: “C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SolarWinds\Installers”.  If it’s there, uninstall it, and re-run the installer(making sure you are administrator).  

Not sure this is the issue as this web console has been in service for the past 2 years with no issues of this sort.

Any suggestions?
