Forum NTA 3.8.0 but still no v9 netflow :-(

NTA 3.8.0 but still no v9 netflow :-(

We just upgraded to Orion 10.1.3 and NTA 3.8.0. I was looking forward to finally getting netflow from my Cisco ASA.

I am certain the netflow v9 is getting to the solar winds server because I ran wireshark and I can see it arriving at

the server. But Solar Winds is not processing this information and shows the ASA as never having sent a

netflow. Help!

The Solar Winds troubleshooting document recommends using wireshark. But it makes the assumption that if
you use Wireshark that you won't see the CFLOW packets if you're having a problem. It does not address the
issue of a) Yes I am receiving CFLOW packets and b) Solar Winds NTA is not displaying/interpreting them.

Can you expand the NetFlow/IPFIX (last) area of one of the packets and post that? Also make sure you have the template timeout set to 1 min in the config
(config)#flow-export template timeout-rate 1
