Currently, the default generated Operation Name (which appears in the Title bar) does not populate the Operation Name field when Edit mode. So, if you only want to make a slight modification in the default operation name, you have to type the whole string of text into the Operation Name field. This feature request is to populate Operation Name field with the default operation name if Operation Name field is blank.
