Windows Passthrough Authentication Not Working in NPM v10.1.3

We recently upgraded to NPM v10.1.3, and we are try to use the AD group authentication functionality. Using the AD groups, we can not get Windows passthrough authentication to work.

If I configure a individual user AD domain account (i.e. domain\username), as we have done with previous versions of NPM, the passthrough authentication works with no problems. But not when use AD groups to authenticate NPM. The user is prompted for a login, and must enter the full domain as part of the login.

Any ideas?

See this Tech Ref.
" If Windows pass-through is not removed it will interfere with AD login. For more information about pass-through security, see the appropriate Administrator Guide."

I have read this paragraph in the docs. It makes no sense to me. The only thing that I can think that it means is to not have an individual user account in NPM with a password that does not match the user's current password in AD, when you implement the AD integration.
This is not the case in the issue that I posted. The account that is not being auto logged in only has access through the AD group membership (no other ID in NPM).

Just to communicate the answer to our issue:
The problem turned out to be something in the SolarWinds folder of the website. Something that was left over from when we upgraded from verion 9.5 and 10. Deleted this folder, and creating it from scratch through the config wizard corrected our issue.
