Hey guys,
I have spent alot of time on these forums researching how to report on a custom poller that I am running on my cisco devices.
(i.e. Get the serials) , I then want to use report writer to compile this so we can reconcile our devices to our support agreements.
However I dont have the custom menus that I see in various screenshots posted by other users.
Am I doing something wrong ? , do we not have a module required to do this ?
