I have a custom field called Tier, in which I have Tier's 1-4. I have a reboot alert for Tier 1 devices that sends Monday thru Friday 7:30a-5:30p. One device that has that field populated as Tier 1, rebooted on 7/22 at 3:15PM. No email was sent. For that one, no suppression is setup, and the trigger rules are: "Trigger alert when all of the following apply: LastBoot has changed, DR_Tier equals Tier 1"
Honestly, the more I use this software, the less reliable it is.

Your best bet is going to be to open a ticket so someone can look at it and see what is going on, is there a bug, is something configured wrong etc.
