WHD iexplore windows security box when we have SSO enable.

We have SSO enabled so we don't need to log in with a User Credentials. Over the last few hours, only a few users are required to log in to WHD. I am attaching an image of what we are seeing. We are on WHD Version12.7.1 - Build #12.7.1.538-HF1-WHD-3816-WHD-3817.

Has anyone else been having experience like this?
