Hi
i'd like to know of a quick and automated way (dashboard view?) to make sure all my agents are reporting.
If I look at the Server Monitor view, is there a single statistic that tells me an agent is down?
Thank you for your help

Through Settings> Server Setup> Agents you can also configure users to be alerted on an agent's status.
Thanks for the response.
Unfortunately, in that report the same resource comes up with multiple listings for both online and offline modules- it looks as if all the different modules within the agent are listed? Even if I filter using Groups, the report is large enough to not be good for a quick scan of what is down.
Using the SNMP Agent status alert - would I get a trap for all modules in trouble within one agent?
My end goal is to know that my storage report to the exec team is correct. Since agents in trouble don't show up in the report I'm looking for the view/automation to do this.
I look forward to hearing your suggestions. Thanks again.

another workaround would be to try create a Group and add all your agents to it-
then when go to the Server Monitor and last you can select the "Agents" group in the drop-down and see the last update time.
is the Last Polled column an automatic indication that the agent reported all information back at that time?
Hi,
I created a report on the demo site called Bad Module Status that will show you modules with issues.
To see it, go profilerdemo.solarwinds.com, login and go to Reports > My Reports and run the Bad Module Status report. Click edit to see the filters.
Here is a screenshot of the filters:
Here is a screenshot of the output
Thanks

Try http://profilerdemo.solarwinds.com/ - it was just up for me. Let me know if you can't get to it.
Thanks so much, that report paints a much clearer picture . If possible, could you elaborate on the 2nd filter? ( <> 'Offline')
When I think offline status, I'm guessing my interpretation may be skewed.
Thanks for the knowledge sharing, it helps on getting the most out of the tool.
