10.0.1 to 10.1.2 SP1 upgrade issues

I jsut upgraded from 10.0.1 to 10.1.2 SP1 adn now the memory usage on my active SQL Cluster node is humming along at 80%. Before the upgrade it was humming along at 30%. This is true of whichever cluster node is active.

Does anyone have any insight into what could be causing this?

Better if you log a high priority trouble ticket with SW. 80% CPU? that's critical level already

sorry, that is my fault. I forgot a word in my original post. it is 80% memory usage.
