I checked the support logs and found an older case like yours. Here's what it said:
"The LP5 error relates to a privelege problem when the installer tries to launch the program, but cannot. This can be resolved by ensuring that the installer (exe) had it's privelege level set to run as administrator."

I checked the priviledges which are "administrator" with full permissions. I noticed though that running the program in compatibility mode for Win95 or Win98 error goes away.. If uncheck "compatibility mode" or change the compatibility mode to WinNT or Win2K, error reappears. I am running WinXP-Pro Ver2002 SP3.
