Forum Backup configuration without direct connection!!!

Backup configuration without direct connection!!!

Dear all,

We have a lot of Csico devices that we could not telnet or SSH into device directly to get the backup configurations files due to security reasons.

However, we do have a Cisco console server with NM-32A connect to each of Cisco device (console port).

Can CatTools SSH into Cisco console server then hop off from there to get the configuration files?

CatTools has a "Connect Via" option that may work for you;
