    SAN switch monitoring issue


      We've set up monitoring on our SAN switch (Dell M1000).  IPmonitor successfully scanned the switch, found the ports, etc.  We selected the up FiberChannel ports to monitor bandwidth, but when enabling the monitors, the FC ports bandwith monitors are all down with "The specified address to the connection based service is unavailable."  Anybody encounter this before?  Why would it detect them, but then error out trying to poll?
