Vendor Managed Router and NTA

We have our WAN managed by a third party. They have turned on netflow and pointed it to our netflow collector. We cannot get any snmp information. How do I add this device to NTA?

The error im getting:

NetFlow Receiver Service [Server] is receiving a NetFlow data stream from an unmanaged interface on 19.40.4.2. The NetFlow data stream will be discarded. Please use Orion Node Management to manage interface '#1' in order to process this NetFlow data stream, or just use Edit this device.

Also, I have tried the free netflow tool that solarwinds makes and i was able to get data.
