Hope someone can help.
We have a large installation of Orion NPM and some customers that we monitor require interfaces on network devices to be set to unmanaged - this is no problem, however, if the interface has produced an alert and these alerts have been manually cleared from the database then the alerts will keep reappearing for the interfaces on the nodes every 5 minutes.
Is there an easy and quick solution ot this? Its really starting to annoy me now as I have approx 50 unmanaged interfaces over several devices and I have had enough of manually removing these from the database each time the alert reappears
