Error in the Alert E-mail Subject

Hello people. I have a problem on Orion NPM, where some e-mail alerts are sent with a text on the subject totally outside the standard set.
Here's an example of the subject for a problem with:

"=? utf-8? B? TElOSyBDLyA5OSUgUlggLSAoIEZPUlRBTEVaQSApIC0gRmViLTA4LTIwMTEgOToyMCBBTSAgLSBTV1RDT1JQMDI3TkFTQ1BEIC0gMTAuMTcuNC4yNyAtIFNXSVRDSCBDT1JQT1JBVElWTyAtIE1FVFJPIC0gT1NQRi1HaWdhYml0RXRoZXJuZXQwLzMgwrcgTGluayBkZSAxME1CIE5hc2NlbnRlIHggQW50YXJ0aWNhIC0gRG ..."

My advice is configured to send e-mails to the following standard on the subject:

LINK C /}% $ {InPercentUtil RX - (Fortress) - $ {MMM} - $ {DD} - $ {YEAR} $ {TIME} - {$ FullName}

An example of a correct message:

LINK C / 98% RX - (Fortress) - Feb-04-2011 4:33 PM - RTR034FORCPD - 10.16.4.34 - ROUTER INTERNET-Serial0/0/1 · LINK_INTERNET

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
