Report that shows the number of minutes an interface went between tresholds.

Hello,

I'm a bit stuck with the following request. I need a report that shows the number of minutes my wan interfaces go between 70%-80%, 80%-90% and above 90% during the peak hours of the day (between 08h00 and 17h00). I have a custom property set that differentiates my wan and lan interfaces (the wan interfaces have WAN in the table).

I know I can only do this with a custom sql query, but have no idea how to even begin this request.

Any help would be much appreciated!
