Network Packet Loss Reporting

Hi All,

I have recently installed NPM 10.1.1 on a new Windows 2008 server and connected it up to our database. This new server replaced an old one that ran Server 2003 and NPM 9.5.1. I am now receiving email alerts every so often (about 1 or 2 alerts every 30 minutes or so for random devices) that says packet loss is 100%. The alert resets at the same time, back to 'below 40%' with an actual value of 0.

I saw this article about editing the registry, but I don't have 'SolarWinds.Net' under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE , should I be creating this whole folder structure group and then the new string/value?
