APM Canned Managed Alert called "Alert me when a node reboots"

A reset of SNMP to fix an issue with Insight Manager Causes Orion to say the server rebooted.

Can we key the reboot job off of a different service, something like the Server Service? There are times when SNMP needs to be restarted, and as a non-essential service, is it really the best thing to use as a key to a "Reboot" alert?
