    anyone having trouble with the support site today to log a new ticket?



      i am not sure if my account is messup or my web browser, but i can not work out how to add updates to open calls...  it is possible there is a text box at the bottom of the notes but it goes off my screen and there is no way to move it up... 

      can anyone else shed any light?  you used to be able to reply to the email SW send to you but the address now is just SUPPORT@SOLARWINDS.NET which i am not sure is monitored
