.NET Runtime 2.0 Error

I am seeing a ton of .NET Runtime 2.0 errors in my eventlogs. I just upgraded to 10.1.1 but the errors seem to predate the upgrade. I also can't run any network sonar scans due to the job scheduler not being available. Anyone else seen this?

Wow .net 2.0, may be time to upgrade to .net 3.5

Brandon - I do show .NET 3.5 SP1 installed in my Programs list along with 3.0 and 2.0. I will open a ticket with support and see what they come back with.
