    Marking Interfaces as Unpluggable

    dfairles

I have 512 Cisco switches with 200-500 interfaces.  The vast majority are host ports.  We started out with one poller, so we could not monitor all the ports.

Now with additional pollers, we would like to monitor all the interfaces, and mark the host ports as unpluggable, but not the interlink ports.

Right now, I have to select each switch, list resources, select all the ports.  Then go back and mark the host ports as unpluggable.  This was not too bad when you could do this with the client, now with the web interface this takes way too long to do.

How can I make this very tedious task easier?
