Filtering Universal Device Poller Top XX List

Is there a way to apply a filter to a Universal Device Poller Top XX List?

When i edit the Universal Device Poller Top XX List there is no field to enter a filter unlike the other Top XX Lists.

I would like to filter out interfaces which are not up.
