    Browser Based Real Time Data

    byrona

I would like to have a browser based real time data viewer within Orion.  A button associated with nodes, interfaces, etc, that when clicked would bring up a window with real time data (data points collected every few seconds) on things such as CPU, Memory, Current Running Processes, etc.  Basically something to the effect of the Windows Task Manager or a Linux Top.

This would help when troubleshooting issues.

Got it, as you know you always have the option to have Engineers Toolset to have this option today.

Yeah, I am aware that the Engineers Toolset will provide that.  However, the problem is that the polling in that case is done by the Engineers Toolset, it doesn't use the NMS system as a proxy.  We currently have our systems locked down for security purposes in such a way that only the NMS systems are allowed to poll them.

P.S.  I really appreciate your follow-up on all of my recent feature requests!  = )
