Availability Chart not present

In researching an HP switch with some availability history I noticed on the node detail page that there was no availability chart showing but there were availability statistics... and its not just this one device showing this issue of no availability chart... anyone know why the availability chart would not show up?

Actually it turned out to be a SNAFU with a view....
