Wireless AP Client Count on a Map

    ecornwell

      Hello,

I've got an interesting one.  We've ran into some saturation issues in a couple areas that our service desk gets a lot of calls about.  We currently have a monitor that rotates maps that show our network and I was asked if I could put the AP user count up there.  My idea was to have a map with the location of the few APs in question and have it show the current client count as part of the label.  I'll looked in network atlas and didn't see any way to add the APs.  From what I'd seen in previous threads it was suggested to add the APs as ICMP nodes and add them that way.  (This is a Cisco Wireless Controller Environment.)

      1. Can I do this without adding the APs as ICMP?

      2. Can I get the current client count displayed on the map?

      Thanks!
      Eric
