It's possible the SSL passwords got out of sync so here are instructions to reset:
- You will want to delete the password tag from that xml file.
- Example: <password>MD5:21232F297A57A5A743894A0E4A801FC3</password>
- Once you've deleted the password tag, save the file, and then start the ProfilerAgent service. Let us know how that works for you.
