Can two Polling Engines use one Web Console?

According to Admin Guide, the additional polling engine only support data collection for EnergyWise, ESX Server, and wireless devices if the primary Orion NPM polling engine is running.

If we running two polling engines, each of them monitor 4000 elements. Can they sharing one database and one Web Console?

Yes! I have 2 polling engines and they share the same database (on a database server). The web interface runs on one of the polling engines.

Yes, in fact, it is a requirement. You can't have a polling engine use a different DB. You can seperate the web-console with an additional purcahse.

Yes, but it's not really sharing. The web-console pulls data from the database and both polling engines dump data into the database. From a web console point of view, the additional pollers are transparent. (You can see stats from specific pollers and when you add devices you pick the poller but that's about it.)
