I'm trying to activate an ipMonitor 9 license. I've contacted SW customer support and they directed me here for assistance. They reset the license for me in my customer portal. I went through the process of re-activating it with the server's site code but I don't see a place for me to enter the activation key that the customer portal provided. Can someone please tell me where I'm supposed to enter the activation key? I seem to recall it was somewhere in the ipMontor 9 configuration program, but when I enter the "Software Licensing" section it doesn't have any relevant buttons or text boxes. The only buttons on that screen are "OK", "Cancel", and "Help".
You are looking in the right place but it sounds like you may have installed the evaluation instead of the release bits. If you upgrade to the the non evaluation version you will see an "Activate" button in the "Software Licensing" screen.
