Upgrade from NTA 3.6 to 3.7

I have a case opened but wondering if anybody else had this issue and may have found a fix. After the upgrade the netflow service starts and then shuts back down. Here is the logs I am seeing.

I am having the exact same problem. I cannot use netflow at this time due to this. Unfortunatly, I am tied up with some other issues and have not been able to get a ticket opened yet.
If they provide a solution to this, please share it.

Also, I am seeing this hit the NPM event log everytime the service starts.
"
The NetFlow Service has started a database upgrade needed to enable reports. Do not restart the NetFlow Service. Currently indexing table NetFlowSummary1."
I manually stopped the service over night night. hoping that the index process would complete, but I get the same thing today, every time I try to start the service.

Hello All--
Andy McBride here has had the same problem and had luck running the Configuration Wizard and selecting everything. You can try that. If it doesn't work, open a support ticket.
I'll let PM know about this as well.

jcooler, if you stop the service, then that effectively stops the indexing process. You'll need to start the NetFlow Service and leave it running so it can reindex the tables. You should see status of this process in the Orion website. NetFlow collection should begin automatically after this process completes.
When you initially started the upgrade, the first dialog should have explained how this process worked so you could prepare for this downtime. We chose this "online" upgrade process for NTA to minimize downtime of your other Orion products.

Thanks for the info Chris.
I did see the message about the reindexing process, but the problem is that the service keeps starting and stopping. and everytime it starts, I see that NPM event saying that it is reindex the netflow summary1 table.
The service will not stay stable. Any other recommendations?
I might have some time to try to work on this tonight.

Looks like something else is going wrong, possibly with the reindexing process. We'll need you to open a support ticket with diagnostics to troubleshoot this further. Unfortunately, this isn't something we've seen before, but I'll run this by dev just in case.

No idea if this was just for my issue or every ones but they had me run these queries and I can now start the service

SET IDENTITY_INSERT NetFlowApps ON

All - Be very cautious applying SQL queries that were created for one customer. This is not a recommended practice and may cause harm to your particular installation. . If we determine that a particular query will fix multiple customers with a specific issue we will release it as a KB or such.
