neflow data comes through only when the router is rebooted

Hi

I have configured cisco 877 router for netflow on the vlan1 interface. the data comes through only when ever the router is rebooted. i have applied all the commands(cache timeout active 1,inactive 15). does any one experienced this problem and solutions to this.

That’s really weird. I haven’t heard about any similar behavior. If the router exports the data just after the reboot and then it stop exporting it seems like a device bug to me though. But I would probably recommend collecting diagnostics, packet capture (ideally showing the data coming from the router after reboot till the time it stops sending the data), and closer description of the problem and opening a support ticket with SolarWinds.
