Energywise reports state node is not enabled

Hi all,

When I add energywise to a node, Solarwinds NPM 10 fails to recognise the node is enabled. I use the Energywise tab, select the node and add Energywise to that node. The configuration is pushed successfully to the node. When I try to add interface configuration to the node, Solarwinds reports the node is not enabled for Energywise.

The node also shows that energywise is not enabled when I try to report on it.

Any ideas why Solarwinds is not recognising Energywise configured nodes.

What does his device return for 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1? If it is like Version 12.2(50)SE(0-9) then we currently block it since this IOS train had some memory leak issues with SNMP polling. Can you upgrade to the latest train that supports EnergyWise?
