    Alterts

      Hi,

       

      Got a strange one. Our Alerts in Solarwinds System Manager 9.5.0 have been working for the last 6 months and have recently stopped working and I cant find out why or resolve it. Our server/exchange guys are sure nothing has changed. If i open System Manager and select alerts I can see alerts (ie warnings etc..) appearing through out the day/night.

       

      The SMTP Alerts do work if I do a Test Alert Trigger and Test Alert Reset but dont work on an automated basis. I've checked the SMTP server and it’s the same through out each Alert configured under 'Configure Basic Alerts'

       

      Anyone got any ideas?
