The closest thing you will be able to retrieve is the Monitor's Last Result value by using the "%monitorstatus%" token. In this case the value retrieved would be "Unable to connect to the remote device". It is currently not possible to retrieve the SQL response in any way and pass it into an Alert, although that has been requested in the past.
