Customize map tooltips error

i write the variable of location and contact in the Orion.Nodes box in the "Edit map tool tips" window and at firts it was working perfectly but now i get this error:

"You are not permited to view any information on this object"

this happens only on the switches but the configuration on any one of this or NPM has been changed.

What can i do?
