the password you set does not matter, double check the IIS settings. worked fine for me but I wasn't happy with it so I turned it off again.
Harold, I had a similar problem. In my case I needed to modify permissions on the web server. For whatever reason nobody at 1st level SW support offered a solution even though permissions is the obvious place to look.
Add xxx\Domain Users to the following on your Primary Orion Web Server:
- Add to the local system 'Users' group
- Local Security Policy >User Rights Assignment > Access this computer from the Network
- Read Access to the D:\Inetpub\Solarwinds directory and subdirectories
