HI all- We are new users to NPM 10.0. I'm setting up alerting based on BGP backward transition traps sent by our Cisco devices. The problem I'm running into is, I only want to send a backward transtion alert if a corresponding BGP established notifiaction trap is not received within 30 seconds of the BGP backward transition trap being received. I've looked at the Alert/Filter rules in the trap viewer and don't see a way to do this. Is there someplace else this can be done? Thanks.
