Unable to Manage NPM 9.5 via web after field changes

Hello, I am using NPM 9.5. In a web manage I had a Network Availability Report in which I have change the field area. Since then my managed web console is giving me 500 - Internal server error. Also when I connect to my server and open the web console from the server I am getting SQL error that Invalid Column name 'Cisco Network Devices'
