From the Administration > Resources page, click the wrench for the DS array. At the bottom of the page, press the Test button. If your provider is configured properly, and you have the proper credentials to communicate with it, you should have another window pop up like this:
The numbers in the red box are the sample array identifiers (each line is a different array) you can use on the configuration screen.

This is a unique situation with the dashes in the identifier. In your situation you're going to want to use 6868383 as your identifier. This a little known trick when setting up an array within Profiler. When we are comparing the input given for the identifier it only has to match a portion of the identifier found from the SMI-S provider. So, by using the string 6868383 as your identifier you should start collecting data. Let us know how this works out for you.
Be careful when using this trick though. if you only enter "55", and you have more than one array with a "55" in it (such as 23495509 and 9855789), you will get some very strange and very incorrect data.
