IPAM 1.6 - Scans hang - have to manually cancel them to continue

Hi,

 

IPAM scanning (as viewed under Subnet Scan Status) every few days or so.  This occurred using 1.5 in our test environment and continued with 1.6 under a new server within production.

 

To rectify, I have to go in and cancel the two concurrent scans and then scanning continues on to the next subnet.

 

Where do I even begin troubleshooting?
