NPM 9.1 - Map Maker Quick Start - Missing Menu Bar

Question

I have an older Orion server that I'm having an issue with Map Maker. When you open it up there are no menu bars/options to use. You just see the maps and nodes listed and that's it....can't make any updates. This is the first I have seen this and not sure why its happening.

Any ideas? Thanks.

steps: Go to C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion and delete the file called MapMaker.Toolbars. Now when you open Map Maker a new toolbar file will be created (MapMaker.Toolbars) and the tool bar should reappear.
