Is there a way to add a User Name description field to the Account view or table? I do believe many other companies have the same issue I have. Here at Goodrich Corp. we use an AD User ID that is numbers and letters. It is very difficult to find some of the users if there is an issue with the account. I have to keep a separate Excel sheet with the account information. It would be nice to have this field so it can be populated with the individual’s name.
