Orion NTA installation error

Hi, i am trying to update NTA and the following error comes up:

Database configuration failed: Cannot create new Table (FlowCorrelation) ExecuteNonQuery failed for Database 'OrionNPM'.

The previous version has no problems with the database, but wasn't installed by me, is that error from the database login and password, which i have set, or it is something else?

please provide me with information which version of NTA you are trying to install and what the current version that exists on a system?

Well, i couldn't find where the version number is written. I am trying to install NTA 3.0 . NPM version is 9.5
EDIT: Also, i've searched the forum and found other users are checking some installation logs. Can you tell me where these logs are located?

do you have active maintenance? 3.0 version is old and the latest public version in 3.6 - you can download it under Customer portal.
