Netflow Traffic Analyzer 3.6 installation

hi Thwack,

i have some issues upon installing my NTA 3.6. How can i remove the previous version of NTA?also how to remove NTA from NPM databse? i already uninstall the application, but when I will install my NTA 3.6, error prompt saying that NTA dabase version is not match on the one that i install.

Hi ciscoman,
if you have active maintenance, please contact SolarWinds support so they give you NTA cleanup tool, that will automatically remove all NTA evidences from your system and database.

For some reason that page is not found... also Georgiy what's the story with this NTA cleanup tool? Maybe it should be included as an .exe in the main s/w install in case you ever need it in the future. I assume people usually just upgrade and don't try and uninstall then install a later version.

there is a trailing space in the link, so that's why it opens incorrectly, we'll fix it.
I really like you proposal about including tool into the bundle. Taking in care that most of problems start during Configuration Wizard run, that definitely has sense.
P.S. Do I need to explain now, why I love our community so much?
