    Report writer time frame issue



      We're in the process of building some availability reports that will feed into KPI measurement data for a customer and their nodes.  Our hours of service or working/office hours are Monday-Thursday 08.00 – 17.30 and Friday 08.00 – 17.00 (note the 30min early finish on Friday).

      Below is a screenshot of the logic and report-design used at the moment.  As far as I can tell, this ensures that availability is measured:

      1)                  On devices that have been given a custom property created by us

      2)                  And on devices that have a specific network address range

      3)                  And on availability between 08.00 and 17.30 Monday – Friday

      Can any one suggest what lines we’d need to include to allow for Friday’s different service hours?
