I'v been running Kiwi Syslog Server for the last 6months with no problems until recently when the server stopped logging to file, roughly 2 weeks ago.
I have a number of different screens and filters setup to log our primary and secondary firewall but for all filters it has stopped creating log files. It is displaying activity on the screens, it is also creating the folders for the log files but not the actual files themselves, it will only create a log file if I do a test.
I have tried restarting the service but still no luck. we are running version 9.0.3 on a Windows Server 2008 Standard SP2 X64.
I would recommend opening a support ticket to investigate
