Riello UPS Info via Uni Device Poller?

Has anyone managed to get SNMP information from Riello UPS's into SolarWinds? We have some EPI branded UPS, which are really Riello - we can get basic SNMP info from them (they use a NetMan 100 plus NIC) but we can't use the Universal Device Poller to get any more detailed info from them (runtime info etc). Vendor says it should work - MIB's are listed in the UDP but no luck.

Hi Mike. Ive had the same problem.... I can get phase 1 current/amps etc but cant for phase 2/3 for example...
I believe the problem is with the netman units as i used getif and get the same results as Solarwinds UnDP and toolset tools.
its not the awnser you were looking for but my 2cents.

I don't get any settings at all back - did you have to make any config changes to your UPS? My UPS is a GPSER11201RU.

All i did was enable SNMP and setup a community string.
