This can occur if the SQL Server specific performance counters are not registered as WMI classes. In order to reregister them, simply run the following command from a CMD Window on the SQL Server host:

Still no luck. when after I entered that command on the server, I am still getting the same message.

In order to receive technical support, you will need to be current on your SolarWinds maintenance. Complete the form. You will not be able to upload your Orion diagnostics, but you will receive an email back that allows you to upload diagnostics.
