Monitor for SQL server

I am trying to monitor a server running SQL 2005. I am able to monitor everything on the server but when I try to set up monitors for SQL it recieve this message. "The remote device rejected the request due to an internal error." I am using the same creditals that I used to monitor the server and when I am on the server I use windows authentication to get into the database. Any ideas?

Hello villanvm,
This can occur if the SQL Server specific performance counters are not registered as WMI classes. In order to reregister them, simply run the following command from a CMD Window on the SQL Server host:
wmiadap /f

Still no luck. when after I entered that command on the server, I am still getting the same message.

Click Submit a Technical Support Ticket
In order to receive technical support, you will need to be current on your SolarWinds maintenance. Complete the form. You will not be able to upload your Orion diagnostics, but you will receive an email back that allows you to upload diagnostics.
