    Running Report.Version against a Cisco AIM-CUE

      Hi,

      I'm having problems running the Report.Version activity against a Cisco AIM-CUE (in a 2811).

The CUE is accessed via a session connection through the 2811 device. That all appears to work fine.

I originally had a problem with the CUE script failing to correctly log into the CUE but that was fixed thanks to another thread on this forum. I've downloaded some amended scripts (Cisco.Router.General and Cisco.Other.CUE) from that thread that were available in a scripts.zip file.

I can now successfully get a report out of Cattools showing the AIM-CUE and it's processor details BUT there is no software version information and it's this that I need for my network.

      Any thoughts please?

      TIA

          Hi

In addition, the resulting Master Version report states that the CUE module serial number to be the same as the 2811 chassis, which is obviously incorrect.

Here's some output that may help (license numbers have been changed to protect the innocent). As you can see the standrad 'sh ver' does not show the software version numbers but the 'sh software versions detail' does. CUE software version is 7.0.5.

Hi Simon - it looks like we need to update the script. I've put in a tracking item for this. Thank you for reporting it. Internal users - it's being tracked at FB#4690.
