When I do a device discovery, I enter the IP range. It then queries each device that it finds and adds the monitors based on what it found on the device. So far so good. But then after I add the device, it seems that it reverts to using the machine name for all the monitors. This just doesn't seem correct. It should be using the IP of the device that we used during the discovery. The problem I have is that I have machines across different subnets that are not part of any domain. So none of the devices/monitors that were discovered work because it can't resolve the machine name.
Is there a way to get it to use the IP as the default behavior?
