Is it possible to create an admin account that is more like a power user? I have the need to grant access to manage views, and add nodes, but not modify user accounts. Is this possible?

You can do this JBob.
For the user account, set Admin rights to No and Node Management and Customize Views to Yes.

this seems to allow the user to modify already created views, but not access the "manage views" link, to create new views. Also, do you need full admin access to change settings in APM? I am basically looking to create a user that can do everything but modify user accounts.
